Built around a problem nobody was solving.
Wisconsin auto body shops were consistently underpaid by insurance carriers. Missing operations. Substituted parts. Labor rates a decade behind the market. And most shops didn't have the time, tools, or expertise to fight back on every file.
Tactic Management exists to close that gap — quietly, precisely, and on the record. Every position we take is tied to a procedure page. If it's documented, it's non-negotiable. If it isn't, it isn't argued.
That discipline is why adjusters respond. And it's why our shops get paid.
How we work — and what we won't do.
On the record
Every letter, every citation, tracked and dated. Nothing said off-line, nothing negotiated on a handshake.
Platform-anchored
Mitchell CEG and CCC ONE P-pages are the source of truth. We cite the carrier's own tools back to them.
Direct with adjusters
No middlemen, no forwarding. Correspondence goes shop → us → adjuster and back, tracked to resolution.
Won't invent recovery
If it's not on the platform, we don't argue it. Bluffing a line costs the shop credibility on the next ten files.
Won't touch DRP files we can't cite
Some Direct Repair Program contracts pre-negotiate scope. If we can't cite around it, we say so — before we bill.
Won't take a file we can't defend
Discovery is honest. A no-go recommendation is worth just as much as a $2,000 recovery.
